PORK CHOP AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
8 potatoes
2 cans mushroom soup

Batter and fry pork chops about halfway done, then place in oblong baking dish. Add sliced potatoes over pork chops. Add mushroom soup. Add about 1/4 stick of butter over soup. Cover with foil. Cook in 400°F oven until potatoes are tender.
