SPINACH SALAD 
DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 med. onion
Fresh torn spinach
Alfalfa sprouts
1 sm. onion
1/2 can water chestnuts
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
Sliced fresh mushrooms

Mix together first 6 ingredients, refrigerate and use in moderation on the rest of ingredients.
