CABBAGE RELISH 
3 lg. cabbage
2 qts. onions, grated
2 qts. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. turmeric
1 c. flour

Cook first 7 ingredients for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Mix flour with water to make a paste. Then add flour paste to other ingredients. Stir and cook 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Good with hamburgers and hot dogs.
