CABBAGE RELISH 
4 c. grated or finely chopped cabbage
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 oz. chopped pimento pepper (optional)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. mustard seed
Dash of cayenne pepper, if desired

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in covered bowl. Keeps well for 1 week.
