SKILLET SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
1/4 c. butter 4 c. sliced raw potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of celery soup 1 tsp. salt 1/2 can water Shredded yellow cheese Melt butter and stir in onions in a heavy skillet; cook until soft. Add the cream of celery soup and water; bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and cover; simmer on low heat 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and put in oven until cheese is melted. |
