CRULLERS 
5 egg yolks, well beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour

Mix egg yolks, sugar, cream, salt, and vanilla. Add flour gradually and knead until smooth.

Divide dough in half. Roll out 1/8 inch thick. Cut into strips 1 x 2 inches. Cut a slit in the middle lengthwise and turn into itself.

Fry in oil 375 degrees until brown, turn. Brown other side. Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
