CRUSTY CRULLERS 
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1 jigger brandy

Mix all ingredients, making a soft dough. Knead until smooth. Roll very thin. With wheel cutter, cut into 2 x 3 oblongs - make a slit in center and twist in any way your artistic temperament prompts you. Drop in deep fat and fry until delicate light brown. Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar.
