CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Melt butter. Add flour, milk and other ingredients and stir until thickened on medium heat. Stir in crabmeat and place in baking dish or mold. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 400 degrees until browned and bubbly, about 10 to 15 minutes.
