RHUBARB DELIGHT 
4 c. rhubarb (diced)
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
3/4 - 1 c. sugar
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. water
3/4 stick butter

Take 4 cups diced rhubarb, placed in 3 quart casserole. Add package of strawberry Jello (dry) on top of rhubarb. Then pour sugar on top, and then dry yellow cake mix. Drizzle one cup of water on top. Melt 3/4 stick butter and drizzle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
