SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
5 slices white bread, crust removed
1/2 c. warm milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut bread into cubes and add warm milk. Add the rest of the ingredients, excluding the soup. Roll into small balls and brown in oil. Put into casserole and add soup which has been heated with 3/4 cup of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
