COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Mix and shape ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley flakes, salt and Worcestershire sauce into small meatballs. Brown meatballs in 1/4 cup shortening. Drain fat, take out of skillet. In a sauce pan, heat chili sauce and grape jelly at medium heat until well mixed, stirring constantly. Add meatballs, simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.
