POTATO SOUP 
8 med. potatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. ham, chopped
4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. coriander

Cook potatoes, onion and celery in water until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for at least 30 minutes.
