1 c. milk
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Baked pie shell

Add milk to pudding. Beat until thick. Add ice cream and beat. Add whipped cream and beat. Add vanilla extract and beat well. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream (or whipped topping). Any flavor instant pudding can be used in place of the chocolate pudding.
