1 Oreo pie shell
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 c. whipped cream
8-10 chocolate mint candies

Freeze pie shell for 1 hour then spread ice cream in an even layer. Freeze 8 hours. It's good to do this the day before. Spoon whipped cream over top. Garnish with candies.
