STUFFED CUBED STEAK 
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. stuffing mix
6 tbsp. butter
4 cubed steaks
3/4 c. beef broth

Saute onions and celery in 4 tablespoon butter for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add stuffing mix and toss to blend. Spread 1/3 cup mixture over each steak. Roll up, starting with narrow end, secure with toothpicks.

In same skillet, brown meat rolls in 2 tablespoons of butter. Add broth, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
