CUBE STEAK STROGANOFF 
1 med. onion, finely sliced
3 tbsp. oil
2 cubed steaks
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour cream
12 oz. can mushroom pieces

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil in skillet for 4 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add 2 tablespoons oil, coat steaks with flour. Place in skillet, cook over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt. Place steaks on warm plates.

Drain drippings. Add sauteed onions, sour cream and undrained mushrooms to skillet. Heat to serving temperature. Serve with steak. NOTE: Noodles, rice or mashed potatoes are excellent companion for steaks.
