1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 lg. bananas
4 wooden sticks
1/2 c. chopped peanuts or flaked coconut
In small heavy saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly. (Do not add any liquid.) Peel bananas, halve crosswise and insert wooden sticks. Spread chocolate over bananas, then roll in peanuts and coconut. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm. (If not eaten the same day, wrap in moisture vapor-proof paper and store in freezer. Makes 4.
