EIGHT - LAYER SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh leaf spinach
6-8 sliced boiled eggs
1 jar bacon bits
Lettuce, green leaf is best
2 bunches sliced green onions
1 pkg. frozen cooked green peas
Layer of mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Arrange ingredients in a large bowl in layers starting with spinach. Lightly salt and pepper boiled eggs. Allow cooked peas to cool before adding to salad. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. This salad is particularly attractive if made in a glass bowl so layers will show.
