CANNOLI SHELLS 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. white wine

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into ball. Roll very thin. Cut into 3 x 3 inch squares. Shape onto cannoli sticks. Fry in very hot oil until lightly browned. Remove and drain on paper towels. Gently remove pastry from cannoli sticks. Cool and fill with Italian cream.
