PECAN SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. sherry
2 eggs

PECAN TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and top with pecan topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Put in greased Pyrex dish.
