BEER BREAD | |
2 c. self-rising flour 3 tbsp. sugar 12 oz. beer, at room temperature butter Mix flour, sugar and beer well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Batter will be very thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush top with butter. Return to oven for 5 minutes to brown. Cool slightly before slicing. |
