BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
4 lbs. ground beef
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. garlic clove
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown beef; drain. Saute green pepper, onion and celery. Mix all ingredients in large pot. Simmer 1 hour.
