FRANGO MINT DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed

Cream butter and sugar together. Add melted chocolate and blend well. Mix in eggs, then flavors. Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs into 12-13 cup cake liners. Fill with chocolate mixture, freeze or top with nuts, crumbs, toasted coconut, crushed peppermint stick or maraschino cherry and freeze.
