HERSHEY'S DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 4 eggs 1 1/2 cans Hershey's chocolate syrup FILLING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. mint extract 3 drops green food coloring TOPPING: 1 c. Hershey's mint chocolate chips OR 1 c. regular chocolate chips 6 tbsp. butter Beat base ingredients until smooth. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until top springs back when touched. (Top may appear wet.) Cool completely. Mix filling ingredients together and beat until smooth. Spread on baked base. Chill. Melt chips and butter in microwave just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Spread over filling mixture. Chill. |
