AFTER DINNER MINT DESSERT 
20 Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 (5 oz.) can Pet milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Crush Oreos - filling and all; mix with 1/2 stick melted butter. Press in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze until hard. Slice 1/2 gallon of ice cream. Place over crumbs. Spread to seal against edges of pan. Freeze until hard. Melt together chocolate chips, 1/2 stick butter, and Pet milk. Cool and then stir in powdered sugar. Spread on ice cream. Freeze. Serves 12.
