FRUIT SALAD 
4 or 5 apples, pared and diced
2 bananas, sliced
2 (8 oz.) cans (1 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese

Mix fruit, nuts and cheese.

DRESSING:

1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Juice from pineapple

Mix and cook until thick. Pour over fruit and chill.
