2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add milk and salt; blend. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in buttered pan. Let harden at room temperature.
