ROCKY ROAD FUDGE | |
2 (8 oz.) bars milk chocolate, broken into pieces 3 c. tiny marshmallows 3/4 c. coarsely chopped nuts Butter an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. In a heavy medium saucepan melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in the marshmallows and nuts; spread in the prepared pan. Cover and chill several hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 1 1/2 pounds. |
