ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, divided
1 c. butter, divided
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, divided
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour, divided
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts, divided
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
3 eggs, divided
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, divided
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
3 c. confectioner's sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 square chocolate and 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat and blend in 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 cup nuts, the baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 eggs. Spread mixture in prepared pan. In large bowl, blend 6 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread mixture over chocolate batter in pan. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup nuts and chocolate chips. Sprinkle over second layer. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over all. Return to oven and bake 2 minutes longer. In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/4 cup butter, 1 square chocolate, 2 ounces cream cheese and the 1/4 cup milk. Remove from heat and stir in confectioner's sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Immediately drizzle over marshmallows; swirl layers. Chill several hours before cutting.
