CHICKEN & RICE BAKE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 oz. can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 c. raw rice
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas & carrots
3 lb. chicken, cut up
Paprika

Stir soups, milk and mushrooms. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture and set aside.

Stir uncooked rice and thawed vegetables into remaining mixture. Pour rice mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
