CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 - 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up & skinned Paprika 1 c. regular rice 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/8 tsp. pepper In 9"x13" baking pan, stir top 6 ingredients until mixed. Arrange chicken over mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken and rice are tender with most of the liquid absorbed. Makes 4 adult servings. |
