LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. can tomatoes or 2 c. tomato juice
2 c. creamy cottage cheese
2 pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles

For meat sauce, cook meat in skillet and drain; add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 1/2 hour. For cheese filling, combine remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Cook lasagna noodles and drain. Grease 13 x 9 inch dish; place 1/2 cooked noodles on bottom; cover with half the meat sauce, half the cheese filling and 1 package sliced cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set about 10 minutes before serving.
