Cream oil and sugar. Add honey and beaten egg yolks. Add remaining dry ingredients, mixed alternately with milk. Stir in fruit and nuts. Fold in beaten egg whites last. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Serve with whipped cream topping.
