MUSHROOM CAPS 
8 - 16 oz. fresh mushrooms (depending on size of mushroom)
1/2 - 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 strips fried crumbled bacon
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Wash mushrooms and pull the stems out of the caps.

Mix the cheese, bacon and mayonnaise together. You can add a small amount of cut up stems, if you like, to this mixture. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture. Put filled mushrooms on a glass plate and put in microwave on High for approximately 45 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
