MUSHROOM CAPS 
1 lb. fresh whole mushrooms
1/2 lb. loose pork sausage
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley
2 tbsp. water
pepper to taste

Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Chop stems finely. Saute sausage lightly. Add onion and stems. Cook until tender. Cool. Add parsley, bread crumbs, water, and pepper to meat mixture. Combine. Stuff caps. Place in shallow baking dish with small amount of water, covering bottom of pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve hot.
