STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
20-25 lg. mushrooms, cut out stems
1 sm. onion
1 stick butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs, seasoned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 c. pistachio nuts, chopped

Saute chopped stems and onion in butter. Add rest of ingredients. If this is too dry to hold together, add a little more butter. Fill caps with mixture.

Before baking, drizzle with melted butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or broil 5 to 6 minutes.
