MUSHROOM CAPS 
De-stem 2 boxes mushrooms, chop stems.

Put chopped stems and 1 can (7 ounce) crabmeat in a bowl and mix. Add some freshly ground black pepper and approximately 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley.

Add flavored bread crumbs until mix is crumbly.

Melt 1/2 - 2/3 stick butter along with 1 clove finely chopped garlic. Combine with above ingredients.

Stuff caps and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
