1 lb. butter
7/8 c. sugar
4 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Mix together all ingredients. Put dough in cookie press or chill dough and hand roll in long finger shaped pieces. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 6-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture immediately after baking. Cool on rack.
