FIVE - LAYER BLUEBERRY TART 
LAYER 1:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Blend together and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees, then cool.

LAYER 2:
1/2 c. soft butter, creamed
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs

Add powdered sugar to butter, then beat in eggs until light. Spread over first layer.

LAYER 3:

Spread 1 can of blueberry pie mix over Layer 2.

LAYER 4:
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. Cool Whip

Fold together and spread over Layer 3.

LAYER 5:

Sprinkle 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs on top. Let stand in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Easy and delicious. Serves 16.
