“HOLIDAY EGG NOG” IS IN:

HOLIDAY EGG NOG 
1 quart heavy whipping cream
1 or 2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup rum
5 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. dark molasses
brown sugar and white sugar, to taste

In a blender, process eggs until very creamy. Add cream, milk and process again. Add remaining ingredients, adding a little sugar and rum at a time until the taste is just right! The rum may also be added just before serving - stir well.

Refrigerate overnight before serving, or for at least 4 hours.

When serving, chill glasses and grate a small amount of fresh nutmeg over the top and a pinch of cinnamon.
