ALMOND POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. each poppy seeds, vanilla, butter and almond flavoring
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. oil

Blend together in one bowl and beat 2 minutes with electric beater. Turn into 2 greased loaf pan (or 4 mini loaf pans). Bake approximately 60 minutes at 350 degrees. A toothpick inserted in center and coming out clean indicates bread is done.

Glaze: If desired, blend in saucepan 1/2 cup orange juice, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of above flavorings. Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes. Brush on loaves while warm.
