WHISKEY SWEET POTATOES 
10 med. sweet potatoes, baked

Peel potatoes and cut in half. Place in greased baking dish. Combine and heat in saucepan (do not boil) :

1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. whiskey or rum
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Remove from heat and add:

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramel candies

Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with:

2 c. chopped pecans
1 (16 oz.) pkg. marshmallows

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
