SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. rum

TOPPING:

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients except those for topping and place in 2 quart casserole. Mix topping ingredients. Put on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
