1 1/2 c. mashed boiled potatoes
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or 1 tbsp. of rum
Sugar, salt and spices to taste
2 tbsp. melted butter

Spoon into pie shell and bake until brown (about 30 minutes).
