DEVILED EGGS 
6 eggs, hard-boiled
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper

With a sharp knife, cut the eggs in half and lay them on a platter. Carefully remove the egg yolks, leaving the whites intact, and add them to all the other ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Spoon the mixture evenly into the egg whites.

Makes 12.
