MOCK TURTLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. browned flour
1 can beef gravy or 1 pkg. gravy mix
1 - 14 oz. bottle catsup
3 bouillon cubes, beef
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 tbsp. pickling spice
5 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar, or to taste
2 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped fine

Brown meat, drain grease, add onions and simmer a few minutes. Add flour, stir. Then add balance of ingredients and cook slowly for 2 to 3 hours.
