COUNTRY STYLE POT ROAST | |
4 lbs. brisket of beef, lean and trimmed Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 can beer 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 can cranberry sauce (whole berry) 8 oz. Mix all of the above together and pour over meat. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven approximately 4 hours. Remove and cool. Slice meat and return to pan with gravy. When ready to serve heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
