STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil (Mazola or whatever)
1 1/2 c. pecans or nuts (opt.)
4 eggs
2 c. sliced strawberries, slightly mashed

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs. Fold in berries and nuts. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check until knife comes out dry. Can be frozen indefinitely.
