1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. chocolate chips (mini)

Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package directions; fill papered cupcake tins half full. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg with electric mixer; add chocolate chips. Drop one heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake according to cake directions (approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees). Yields 28 cupcakes.
