POLYNESIAN - HAWAIIAN RIBS 
6 lb. baby back ribs
3 c. catsup
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger
4-6 cloves garlic

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine catsup, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic in blender until well mixed. Place in large container and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.

Cut ribs into 3-4 rib pieces; dip in sauce and arrange in single layer in foil-lined large pan. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until fork tender. Baste occasionally with reserved sauce. DO NOT COOK ON GRILL -- THEY WILL BURN BECAUSE OF SUGAR IN SAUCE.
